Founder Bio: Meet Palice

Centsible Solutions was founded on a lifelong commitment to service, structure, and accountability.

While in college, Palice participated in ROTC and supported nonprofit organizations through donor database management and community outreach roles. After graduation, she worked as a case worker for a domestic violence shelter before entering active duty in the United States Army, where she managed divisional postal operations and oversaw budget responsibilities. She later continued her service in the U.S. Army Reserves while working in the banking industry’s loan department.

Her career continued in nonprofit administrative leadership while pursuing her MBA, followed by a transition into the private sector as a Business Analyst in the oil and gas industry. Over time, she progressed into IT project management and financial oversight, managing complex initiatives and large budgets.

Throughout each phase of her career, one theme remained consistent: organized financial systems create clarity, and clarity builds confidence.
